Outstanding customer service

Each year when I look at renewal of our car and house insurances I am always amazed at how Admiral are so competitive in their pricing and when I come to speak with anyone within their customer service team,they are always very personable and very informative, looking to find you the best deal possible. This certainly helps to take the hassle out of insurance renewal and I am sure helps with their customer retention rates overall. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
