Great communication but website not compatible with Chromebook

I thought there was an issue with my policy as I couldn't access the website but actually it just doesn't seem to work on a Chromebook. However, the company we're great at communicating with me when I complained that I couldn't access my documents so I can't fault them. Just hope I will never have to make a claim!
