My renewal failed as I had changed my card details. I was on holiday and suspicious at first receiving an email that my card payment had failed as I had forgotten I had renewed my card. As I was out of the country I was worried about logging into my account. Their customer services reassured me taking me through security and updated my payment. My payment was nearly two weeks late and rather than cancel my account I was reassured that my insurance was still active. Well done for a great service. Incidentally I had done a price comparison before renewing and Admiral came out best by far. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
