Excellent human-responsive customer service

customer service is very good, with a helpful human being answering promptly specific queries and concerns, rather than a "chatbot" which can only respond to standard questions. The 1% cashback on virtually all spending is an added benefit. The linked "round up" account offering 5% interest is an added bonus. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
