If a certain beer brand (never drink & drive) did car insurance....

If there was a word for 'beyond brilliant' I'd use it to describe ByMiles. Excellent customer service - when I 1st approached them (tentatively) for a quote cos it was such a new concept, they were able to patiently & clearly answer all my questions. Swapped to them after that call & stayed with them ever since. & what a sound decision when the pandemic kicked off. Not paying any extra for car insurance when I couldn't use the car. Great value for money with comprehensive coverage & helpful diagnostic tool which showed up a minor problem which enabled my recovery service were able to deal with without having to call out. Environmentally friendly - I consciously plan how I'll make my journeys which has resulted in me walking more & using public transport when available, therefore using less fuel too. Wins all round & I spread the word whenever I can. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
