I'd recommend to everyone

I was skeptical when I first joined bymiles just in case there was a catch or rubbish customer service but I was pleasantly surprised! There really is no catch, you just pay what they quote you and if I have ever needed to contact them, the easy in-app chat means you can reach and adviser so quickly and with ease. When I have been in contact the customer advisors have always been very friendly and knowledgeable and always resolve my queries first time around. Also the in-app features like journey planner and car medic are useful. And I also find it handy to view the routes I have taken on a previous journey. I would stay with bymiles forever if I can!
