Everything is right. From price to service

Touch wood I have not had to make a claim. But if that day comes I know I am in safe hands with ByMiles. Whenever I have had to make changes to my policy and get in contact with their customer service team - Everything is pleasant. Knowing exactly what I need and done in a timely manner. The whole concept of these insurance policies fits perfectly for what I need and I am sure it will for many others. You can almost look at it as an incentive to walk or cycle and save money both on your insurance and fuel simultaneously. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
