Amazing value, great customer service!

I am halfway through my first year with By Miles and it’s perfect for me! I wish I would have known about it sooner! I don’t do lots of miles so it seems really fair to have not pay for what I do, on my average mileage By Miles was over £200 cheaper than the next cheapest option. I am currently on maternity leave so doing a lot less miles due to not going to work every day. This is also working out even cheaper as I had a C Section this year and wasn’t able to drive, it was brilliant that I didn’t have to pay for insurance when I wasn’t using the car. When I first took out the policy I received a quote based on my details including my no claims discount, after purchasing the policy I received my no claims certificate from my previous insurer and it was higher than I initially thought. I contacted By Miles quickly and easily via the chat and they gave me a small refund on the park up fee and then reduced my fee per mile by 0.3p! I was so impressed with this, I was also not charged for this, I have previously been charged with other insurers for any minor amendments. By Miles is 100% the best option for anyone who isn’t driving too many miles. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
