I have never had to make a claim so I can`t comment on that. I do find it difficult to contact the company and would certainly like to be able to contact them via Email. I`ve been with the company for about five years now but without a claim I can`t comment on their support. I do like to speak with an English speaking person and I have always found this to be the case when I have contacted them. Most contacts I have spoken to have been from or around Doncaster. travel Insurance for older people.

At 85 years old and wanting to take three grandchildren to Disney Florida I was unable to find a company offering insurance below £1000. Discussing this with a friend he told me to get a quote from, "Insurancewith", I rang them and after a period of time I was able to speak with a Rep who couldn`t give me a quote but promised someone would call me back. The following day a person rang me and gave me an amazing quote which was less than half of my previous cheapest quote. I chose to add the, "Covid", option and was still saving approximately £600. I can`t comment on the companies response to any claim because I didn`t need to. I chose, "Insurancewith", for my last holiday to Greece with the same results as my USA Quote. Home Insurance

Was told about Onecall a couple of years ago when discussing my home insurance. He recommended One call so I gave them a ring. Their quote was cheaper for virtually the same cover so I gave them a try. I`ve not had to claim anything so can`t comment there but l;ast year for the first time I decided to insure against possible damage for a large Willow tree. They came up with a different insurer who gave me the same cover as my renewal and included the tree cover at no additional cost. My insurance renewal was in my opinion far to high considering that I`ve never claimed. A quick phone call and discussion with a lady revealed a miss quote and after she had checked her information she was able to offer another satisfactory price. High renewal quotes appear to be the norm but after my enquiry One call produced the goods. Personally I would recommend One call for home insurance and at least I have always spoken with a Kings English speaker. Always a plus in my opinion. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025

Affordable travel Insurance Company.

I used this company for the second time this time for a trip to Zante. Again the price was far and away cheaper than the competitors. I haven`t had cause to claim so cannot comment on that. Getting in contact with the company can be a little time consuming but this time I was straight in touch. Great company for people like me with health issues so I will definitely recommend. Affordable travel Insurance Company.

I`ve used the company twice now following recommendation. I`ve never had to claim but for price I have been unable to find any company who come close. Would definitely use again. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
