If I could, I would give zero stars for home insurance

I took out BG home insurance because I was very impressed with how professional there engineers were when replacing my boiler and the following yearly services (10 stars) but wow am I disappointed with their home insurance (0 stars) After reporting a mains leak 2 weeks ago and waiting a week for a claims number (due they say to (technical problems) water is still flooding my garden/drive and road. I have telephoned them numerous times waited in the queue for them to answer and have 4 times been told "we will sort it and ring you back" they have not telephoned me at all, so I keep ringing them. In the meantime water pressure has built up in the ground and burst the sewer pipe,double trouble now. I am 83 live alone and am sick of bailing out water.
