DISGUSTING SERVICE- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

abusive woman at my door shouting her mouth off. Delaying me to get to emergency vets with my cat whose in a transporter in my kitchen at that time. The woman nearly knocking my door off its hinges. Want to see the proper review of the abuse then go visit trust pilot under mosses loan reviews and read the full story. Its a disgusting service and my complaint never even got dealt with.
