Long time customer

We have been caravaners for over 40 years and for many of those insured through the caravan club.We were lured away with what we thought was a better offer but it quickly became clear that the terms of the insurance and what they would pay out for were nothing like what was on offer from the Caravan Club so after one year we returned.We have not had cause to make a claim but feel confident that if we do it will be handled professionally. Went away but came back

Have taken out caravan club insurance for many years but was lulled away by a broker who offered a “better deal”When I actually read the small print there were so many things not covered which the caravan club provided and so many exclusions that it made me appreciate how good the caravan club insurance actually is and needless to say the next year I returned and will now be staying put.
