Brilliant customer services

Been with CG for two years+ now. Brilliant customer services from the start. Had to make a few changes to our policy recently and could not fault them at all. Don't have to have insurance cover for things that you won't use either e.g. European cover. Haven't had to make a claim yet but if their claims staff are as good and helpful as their admin staff - we have no worries at all and are glad to be with them. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

Insurance as it should be

It's our first year with Caravan Guard and our experience with them, so far, has been brilliant. Very competitive quote, lovely and helpful customer service (had a great chat/laugh on the phone too). News and handy ideas sent via email on a regular basis and easy website to use too. Not had to make a claim yet, but so pleased we've joined the 'Caravan Guard family' Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Most helpful Insurance company ever...

We've have used the CAMC for our Caravan cover for years. It's always been the cheapest or best value for money insurance company but also the most helpful. Each year we have called them to enquire about the value of our old van and they have always checked it, queried it, advised us and often reduced our premium even more. Nothing seems to be too much hassle for any of their members of staff and you can have a laugh with them too. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
