Exemplary Service

When the worst happens you need an insurance company that is on your side and doesn’t try and look for ways not to pay out, the Caravan Club Insurance handled our claim very sympathetically. Imagine the scene a named storm is on its way and it’s due to pass over the day before you leave site, you pack everything away, go to the on site bar for a coffee, return to your pitch, the rain is pelting and wind is howling when all of a sudden your caravan starts to lean and then slowly fall onto its side, it didn’t seem possible that a gust of wind could just blow over a 1500kg caravan with the legs down and only 3 years old. This happened on Easter Sunday, contacted caravan club on Tuesday, sent photos and completed claim form, Wednesday assessor arrived on site in Dorsey and sent his report to caravan club, within 3 weeks our claim had been settled and a brand new same model had been found for us, excellent service Reviewed on: 29th September 2023
