I've been a Natwest customer for 63 years - a personal account for everyday use and now an online Reward account which amongst other things rewards the weekly shop. I've never had anything but helpful and excellent service, particularly when I was a victim of fraud. 10 out of 10 all round! Reviewed on: 24th January 2026
