Very disappointing experience. Cancel your subsciption

Such a disappointing experience. I had a 'replacement' phone which was faulty. Then got told I would receive my sim card back within the next day. I still don't have it back ofcourse. This is after paying a monthly subscription for the last two years. Just a warning to others, its not really worth it.
