Company pension transfer was handled very well, checked why I wanted to move out of DB scheme made sure I was aware of the options, constant contact to keep me up to date and once the transfer completed arranged more meetings to talk about/review the options to cover the loss of income/critical illness benefit I would no longer receive from my company as well as talking about possible future investments as my pension pot was and is greater than the current lifetime allowance. At no point have I ever felt it’s just about the money, there is always a feeling that it’s about making sure my family’s present and future needs are at least met and preferably exceeded.
