After an accident velosure did all the repairs to my bike and paid for the replacement items damaged but I had to really chase this to make it happen. Then on renewal’s time my price went though the roof even though it was a no fault accident with a van driver hitting me off.
The follow up on personal cover has been non existent so I’ve received no payment for my injuries
Personally I’ve avoided returning to them.
