Unbelievably bad

I echo everyone below regarding claiming. 3 attempts to get through today, 4 hours on hold, cut off each time. I am writing this so people know how to beat these con of a company. Open a case with Resolver. Its weeks of additional process but they will have no choice but to go to deadlock with ombudsman if no satisfactory response. Don't give up.
