They dragged my application over 4 months and senior underwriter declined at the end . Reason has been given is underwriter believes that I can use this property as my residence . I have a portfolio and I have another property worth much more than the property I am going to buy . I think this perticular under writer have some personal issues with some clients . Don’t waste your time with this firm . Worst lender in buy to let market
