Great service and an excellent deal

We required a mortgage to cover a property that is a combination of living accommodation and holiday let. Very few lenders were interested in even letting us discuss our situation with them! Newbury were and made a fair proposal which we accepted. Furthermore, without prompting, 3 years on they contacted us to propose a better mortgage (lower payments) which we progressed. Reviewed on: 9th January 2018
