We have been customers of Close Brothers for several years now. Their excellent savings rate encouraged our initial contact with the customer service section who were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We have never experienced and issues with Close Brothers and renewing maturing savings accounts is so easy. We expect to remain customers for many years to come. Reviewed on: 9th January 2018
