Review of the Barclays, Current account:

Current account with my local bank

I have had some accounts with Barclays for many years and I do appreciate my local branch ( Muswell hill) service where the staff is helpful and reliable. In the meantime , the big cheese have decided to put more machines fir people to do their daily chores ( paying in money, paying bills..) but no one queues for those machines that are inconvenient and so unpersonnal. So there is a massive line for the only two poxy desks left at the counter where we can actually deal with humans.... it is an aberration and clearly not what the customers want. I hope they will revert to a better quality customer service with someone behind the counter that greets you and helps you. Reviewed on: 10th January 2018
