Excellent Customer Service

The claim was at after a rather traumatic incident. The care and compassion we were shown was exactly what we needed. I can honestly say that LV has excellent customer service. They did not give us a run around. The claim was settled speedily. In less than 5 working days the funds were in our account. The heart is real. Each person I spoke to was polite , warm and professional. Reviewed on: 6th September 2022
