Excellent

No problem making a policy change probably could have been half the price but Dale the person I spoke to said he would ring me back next day to see if he could provide a better price. He rang back the following day at exactly the time we had agreed upon and offered me a lower price. Everything so far communication wise I have had with Ripe has been excellent but like all insurance companies you only find out how good they when you unfortunately have to make a claim hopefully this won't happen.
