Only dealt with Ripe by email, the proof is in the pudding how you react to your customers problems when making a claim. Which several claimants have not been happy. Reviewed on: 6th August 2024

Flexible and Friendly

My previous caravan insurance company would not continue to cover our caravan new for old as it is now over ten years old. We have owned it from new and do not wish to trade it in for a more recent model. Ripe were only too happy to offer me new for old so long as I carry on having it serviced by a certified engineer. I hope this continues as we are very pleased. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

Ripe for my Leisure and Pleasure

Very easy and straightforward to take out the insurance. Good cover which my previous insurer would not give. But the proof is in the pudding if I have to claim. Reviewed on: 7th September 2022
