Excellent

It all started with an AD I saw I decided to send the email. When I received the call the lady was really polite and initially she spoke quite fast so I told her to slow down and she did. She made sure I understood everything to the T and everything was explained to me in detail. We explored every option of the cover and we put everything in place. She did not rush anything and she repeated things I didn’t understand multiple times until I did. All in all it was definitely a solid 10 and I immediately recommended my friend who was around when I got the call and heard everything as the phone was on loud speaker and he got a call the next day.
