Very responsive when dealing with claims

I’ve had insurance for a long time and was doubting myself as to do i really need it, then one night my worst nightmare came true and my dog was rushed to the emergency vet with blood in his vomit, manypets were so quick with their response to my claim regarding vet fees. Answered any enquires i had along the way and communicated exactly where my claim was at each stage.
