I’ve been with Vanquis for many years.

I’ve been with Vanquis for many years, and I originally took out my card and account with them to help improve my credit rating, which it has done. I can only think of one occasion when I had to speak to someone at Vanquis who I found unhelpful, cold and generally rude, but that was just one experience over the many years I’ve been with them. Overall, I’ve found them to be really helpful. I also find the app very useful for keeping track of my credit limit and how much I’ve spent. They have also been very efficient when it comes to fraud prevention. Whenever I’ve used my card for something unusual, they have flagged it straight away and checked with me to make sure it was actually me. More recently, I contacted them about a letter I received regarding my credit limit. I have now cleared my balance to zero and would still continue to keep my card and use Vanquis. In my experience, Vanquis have been helpful and professional, and I’ve never really had an issue using their card. I’m very pleased that I’ve stayed with them and would recommend them based on my experience. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026

Quick and easy, with little fuss

Reliable & professional
