Great Bank

Easy to open an account, easy to navigate the site. Such an easy app to use I have never had to contact customer services but imagine they are extremely good. I would recommend Chase to anyone wanting a new/additional bank account. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent customer service and speedy payment.

I had dealings with customer service last year and my queries were dealt with promptly and knowledgeably. I had 2 claims earlier this year which were also dealt with speedily. Very impressed so far. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
