No benefits for loyalty

I've had the account for 25 years, it now pays no interest and the 'upgrade' to advance happened automatically, everybody else got Î£200 to switch to it. The online experience is slow and temperamental and the 'benefits' are lackluster and unimpressive. Yes i'm going to switch. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
