The impression given by this company is that it makes its money elsewhere

The local branch was recently transformed into the bridge of the Starship Enterprise; I don't know if there was any customer consultation about this, but I doubt it. the effect is that conversations with account holders formerly taking place in private are in a public arena -- quite possibly en route to social media.
