Outstanding Customer Service by Andrea Gregory

My financial Adviser, Andrea Gregory who works for True Potential has given me an amazing service. The difficulty was was when I wanted to take my work pensions and transfer them into a drawback pension which is a more profitable solution. My works pension company were proving to be extremely unhelpful, and wasted a lot of time by making her wait on the phone line, at times, for over 30 minutes. She was treated very badly and it took almost a year to get the result which she did by persevering. I'm sure any one else would have given up . Andrea hung in there even though it can't have been financially viable after all the wasted time. During this period, Andrea was always very polite, and friendly and kept me in touch with all the shenanigans. I am extremely grateful to her work and hope that she will get the recognition which she deserves. Reviewed on: 11th January 2018
