A bank that feels personal

I've banked with Close Brothers Savings for many years. I have 3 accounts there, They may not be the best known savings bank, or have high visibility, but they are an important part of my finance management. They are helpful and easy to deal with, but communication always has a pesonal feel to it - soemthing rather sadly missing in most institutions. I always feel they are looking after me and have my best interests at heart. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Good safe savings products, excellent customer service

I've had 3 accounts with Close Brothers Savings for many years. They look after me well. When fixed terms are up they always offer me good competitive rates of interest for renewal. I'm very happy saving with them and have seen no need to change. Reviewed on: 11th January 2020
