A great safety-net in times of difficulty.

A great safety-net for times when others have been less financially acommodating. Good communications; regular SMS contact, info and balance updates which keeps your spending position in focus and helps to maintain good cashflow. I found the online levels of security quite irritating when having to reset my password so often but at least there is the safety side to that question. While I appeciate the offers to increase my borrowing limit I feel they could be less frequent. My goal is to reduce my borrowing incrementally not increase it and to improve my overall credit rating to attract a better interest rate in the future. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
