Clear communication & Excellent Customer Service

My wife and I have a joint Premium Gold fixed term deposit with Close Brothers. We are delighted with the bank's crystal clear communication and efficient customer service. It's the only bank that we know that clearly states exactly how much interest we will earn each year until the date of maturity. This helps us to plan our home finances accurately. Although it's not a high street bank with a house-hold name, Close Brothers should be on everyone's consideration list. Reviewed on: 12th January 2018
