I've not been unfortunate enough to call on Policy Expert with regards a claim, touch wood. However they are regulated and I've used well established and well reviewed company's before and had issues, so it's a gamble whover you choose and it's down to all Companies to prove their reliability, time will tell. So far I'm glad I chose them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022
