I have both my house and car insurance with policy expert for several continues years - They are not only efficient but also have patience with the older generation by taking time to explain the policy in great detail at our speed and also making sure by encouraging us by prompting us should we may have forgot to ask - enshouring we have understood what we are signing up to - ( not being pressurised ) so we have an pleasure experience Reviewed on: 15th September 2022
