Excellent app, instant transactions & financial rewards

The Chase App is so easy to use and transactions are instantly visible. I love the Rewards (cash back) on spends and especially like their round up tool which puts savings away without you missing the small change. I haven’t experienced any issues so haven’t had cause to contact Chase support or customer services. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Amazing flexibility spreading money in different ’pots’ and all transactions are instant which I love - so fast compared to any other accounts. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

App v easy to use, good int rates and great flexibility for keeping money in different savings accs.

Love the fact that as well as giving decent interest rates, cash back & having the ‘round up’ facility (@5% int), you can open as many saving accs as you like. So easy to keep money separate for different things eg birthdays, car expenses, tax, etc as well as transferring money between accs. Money instantly transfers from my regular current bank acc into the accounts and back the other way when needed. I initially opened the account because of the good exchange rates being abroad. I love it and would recommend Chase to anyone. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
