Worst systems ever

Unfortunately not the best bank, they can't compete with other banks on their recovering transactions that should not of come out. This transaction was pending at the time too. The likes of Natwest/Halifax would of stopped it there and then. Not these, you have to download a form, fill it in, send it off, wait till they've received it, delt with it, then they reply with other information like proof of purchase (which to me is the most stupidest question as it's clearly there on your account lol) by all this is sorted its weeks they company that took the wrong payment out that day you rung up as now clearly long gone and had your money.
