Helpful, freindly but slightly let down.

Been banking with HSBC for many years before switching and they were very good. Always a freindly voice at the end of the phone and always able to help me with all enquiries big and small. I was however disapointed when I visted a branch to close an account, after i left thinking all was sorted it only came to my attention 6 months later that in fact they hadn't closed the account which amouted to some charges my way which is currently in dispute. Other than this one incident i was very happy with there service and would still recomend them. Reviewed on: 15th January 2018
