The best banking experience I have ever had.

Every aspect of this bank has been top notch - from the initial sign-up, to the excellent foreign currency rates, the mobile app, and every time I have needed to speak to customer services the response has been prompt, polite and helpful. Whilst abroad once I was a victim of card fraud, but using the app I could lock the account and then speak to Starling who arranged a refund and a replacement card straight away. I use them for both my current account and I also switched my business account across as I was so impressed. I wouldn't normally bother to review a company who are just doing what they're supposed to do, but I genuinely believe that Starling are doing it better than anyone else and they deserve to be recognised for it. Fantastic P2P lending service

I've been using Lendy now for around six months, and I have been very impressed with all aspects of the experience - the website is clean and usable, the lending process is clear and painless, and the payments have been made on time and as promised. They keep you well informed about the progress of each loan, and it's been a pleasure to invest with them. I've tried others but this is by far my preferred platform - highly recommended!
