Friendly, knowledgeable and available

I highly rate the local branches which are open at sensible times, allowing me to do my banking whenever I need to. The branches are staffed by friendly local people who are very knowledgeable and treat me like a valued customer and not like a number on a spreadsheet! Reviewed on: 16th January 2018
