Horrendous communication

I had an accident in august and before even witness statements had been received or sketches they closed it not in my favour. Can’t get hold of them on the phone if you work Monday to Friday as they close at 5 and I was routinely 130+ in the queue. Told me to contact via social media to be told no you can’t speak to us as you used a broker. Used the contact me form on the 28th august still had nothing back. Used the email address on the letters same week still had nothing back. ... Reviewed on: 21st September 2022
