I finally feel in control of my finances

Monzo has given me peace of mind. My old bank’s app took ages to login, didn’t show me pending transactions in my main feed, had an out of date available balance & let me go overdrawn without notifying me. Monzo’s live feed (showing upcoming payments too!), live balance & even notifications when upcoming payments will cause me to go overdrawn mean that I can manage my money exactly the way that I want to. The bank of the future

Monzo are the people I want to bank with. They're approachable, always asking for feedback & invite their users to their offices for events every month. On top of that, the app is incredibly easy to use. For the first time I'm budgeting & saving properly because it's so simple, compared to my old bank. Other banks might have more features or more currency management options but I've found that my overall experience with Monzo is far better. Reviewed on: 16th January 2018
