Banking done right!

I have been using Monzo as my main bank since October 2017 (I was part of the beta who had early access to the full current account). Monzo being a mobile only bank was a little daunting at first, but I soon found that this didn't matter at all (only slight annoyance is not being able to pay in cheques and cash). The budgeting tools are amazing and have actually helped me save enough to put a deposit down on a house! The only issues I have ever experienced have been the result... Truly a bank for the future...

At the minute, Monzo is lacking in features but boy does it make up for this in other areas. If you ever have to contact the customer service, they very quickly resolve your issue and it's always done with a smile (or a few gifs and emjois). The realtime notifications and pots are amazing, they have helped me budget more successfully and for once, be confident in my finances. Reviewed on: 16th January 2018
