Great company and amazing customer service

My little dog became very poorly, requiring surgery and ICU care, which was a very stressful time for all of us. I made the call and my emotions came flooding out, the gentleman on the phone was so kind and reassured me all would be taken care of, the forms were emailed to me and we had our payment within a month.
