Have made claiming really easy

I've had to claim on 2 of my 3 pet policies in a 12 month period, and have been really relieved that the Pet Emporium paid out easily and quibble-free within the terms they laid out. Although each payment took a couple of weeks, they were paid out directly to my vets, without any emails asking for further evidence/proof and paid out consistently based on their transparent maximums.
