Friendly efficient reliable service

I have been with The Insurance Emporium for my pets insurance for quite a few years now. Each time I have had a claim it has been dealt with quickly, and I have been kept informed as to which stage it is at. Following a problem when the wrong amount was taking from my bank ( a technical issue), they were not only apologetic but offered compensation, which was immediately put in place - leaving me a very happy customer indeed. Whoever you speak to is always knowledgeable, and helpful, and if they promise to ring you back, they always do. They are perhaps the easiest and best insurance company that I have taken insurance with Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
