So helpful

I booked 10 sites in Spain and Portugal well in advance using my credit card for the deposits. However as the balance payments for the later bookings became due my payments failed due to the card provider changing from Mastercard to Visa. I rang the bookings service and they checked the status of all the bookings and amended the payment details where necessary and confirmed they had done this by email. So helpful and our 5 week adventure went very smoothly. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026
